This policy explains what information we collect when you use skytech-geo.com, our chat assistant, our phone line and our text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Contact details: name, email address, phone number and company name.
Project details: property address, parcel information, the services you request and the name the survey certificate must be issued under.
Account details: username and password (stored encrypted) if you create an account.
Communications: messages you send through our chat assistant, emails, text messages, and calls with us. Calls handled by our automated assistant may be transcribed to keep a record of the conversation.
Payment details: payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.

2. How we use your information

To prepare quotes, deliver the services you order and issue your survey certificates.
To contact you about your quote or order by email, phone call or text message, when you have authorized it.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To answer your questions and provide customer support.
To comply with legal obligations, including FAA Part 107 flight requirements and record keeping.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that act on our behalf and only for the purposes above: hosting, payment processing, email delivery, telephony and text messaging providers, and the speech and AI services that power our automated assistant.
Licensed surveyors and field crews who perform the work you order.
The parties you ask us to name on a certificate (for example, a title company or a lender).
Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you check the authorization box on our quote forms, or answer "Yes" when our chat assistant asks, you agree to receive text messages from Skytech-Geo LLC at the phone number you provided. These messages are about your quotes and orders: quote ready notifications, payment links, confirmation of the name for your certificate, scheduling and service updates. They are not marketing messages.

Message frequency varies with your order. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sales@skytech-geo.com or +1 (941) 759-4369.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except the text messaging providers that deliver our messages.

5. Phone calls

We may call the number you provide about your quote or order. Calls may be made by our automated (AI) assistant from +1 (941) 759-4369. You can ask us at any time, during a call or by email, to stop calling you.

6. Cookies

We use cookies needed for the site to work (such as keeping you logged in) and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

7. Data retention and security

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to deliver our services, keep survey records and meet legal obligations. We protect it with access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct or ask us to delete your personal information by writing to sales@skytech-geo.com.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of calls by telling us during a call or by email.
You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in each email.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
